What to do when an irate customer is WRONG!

Today I had a very hard to please customer turn irate on me... wait make that two.

Best thing to do; Never go off. Say what you want in your head. Keep your face calm, Then get someone who can say what you are thinking in your head =)

One customer realized they were unnecessarily rude and nasty about something I had no control over and resorted to boot licking after seeing that despite his attitude he was being politely helped.

The other remains an unwanted, unhappy customer who despite ALL of our miserable failures will return.
